Baltimore - Main Center
This class is held at the main center which is located in a charming historic townhouse set on leafy Wyman Park in Charles Village. The meditation room has chairs and floor cushions, there is a bookstore with many different items and there’s always tea and snacks! There is a comfortable lounge and you are always welcome to chat after class. There is plenty of safe parking both metered and non-metered.

Drop-In Class – Tuesdays at 12 noon to 1PM & Thursdays at 7PM
Prayers for World Peace – Sundays at 10:30AM
Kadampa Kids – First and Third Sundays at 10:30AM
Suggested Donation
We ask for a suggested donation of $8 per class. You can also become a member and receive discounts on events while you help to support the class.
Teachers

Kelsang Chogden is an American Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher at Vikatadamshtri Kadampa Buddhist Center. Her compassionate activities of teaching, guiding, and inspiring those around her are the result of her deep faith, clear wisdom, and heartfelt concern for others. Chogden brings true sincerity and humility to her life as a spiritual teacher.
Rosemary Scavullo-Flickenger has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism and meditation at Vikatadamshtri Center for over 10 years. She is a mother, wife and healing arts practitioner. Rosemary brings kindness and sincerity to her classes which are grounded in her experience of bringing spiritual practice into daily life. She currently leads the Kadampa Kids class and the Tuesday afternoon drop-in class.
