This class will resume Tuesday January 10th.

This class is held in the library of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Harford County (UUFHC) on Rt. 22. This library is a cozy and quiet room perfect for meditation. UUFHC is conveniently located on Rt. 22 just north of the Harford County Community College Campus. It’s located 20 minutes from Havre de Grace and 10 minutes from the Harford Mall.

Our class fee is $10/class ($5 for students/seniors/unemployed).

Teacher

Gen Kelsang Chogden is an American Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Maryland. Her compassionate activities of teaching, guiding, and inspiring those around her are the result of her deep faith, clear wisdom, and heartfelt concern for others. Chogden has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for more than a dozen years and brings true sincerity and humility to her life as a spiritual teacher.
