Kids & Teens Classes
Everyone, even children, need to learn about their own minds. Children have fewer responsibilities than adults, but do they have fewer worries?
These classes offer a simple introduction to Buddha’s teachings, emphasizing kindness, respect for others and keeping a happy heart. Children will learn the importance of loving everyone, being generous, and what to do when we have angry, worried, or unhappy minds.
No need to pre-register, just drop in. While kids attend these classes, parents can enjoy meditation and prayers at Peace and Pancakes. Both children and adults can join in for the delicious brunch at 11:45 AM. Starting Weekly in March.
