The Center offers weekly General Program meditation classes on Tuesday evenings from 7-8:30 pm at The Sanctuary in Lutherville with Liz Tarr and Kelsang Chogden. These classes are open to the public, please drop in anytime!

NOTE: We regret that The Sanctuary, where we have been holding meditation classes in Lutherville, has closed. As of now, classes in Lutherville are cancelled, but please keep checking our website because we are trying to find a new location for the meditation classes.

Kelsang Chogden will guide the next series, titled ‘Understanding the Mind’.  We think this series will prove to be very interesting and helpful as we explore the Buddhist conception of mind.

Detailed directions:

The Sanctuary is located about 2 miles north of the Beltway at 1927 York Road, so it’s only minutes north of our previous location. If you are driving north on York Road from the Beltway, the Sanctuary is on your right, just before Dunkin’ Donuts.  From York Road, turn right onto Evans Avenue, then take the first right into the Sanctuary’s parking lot.  If you get as far as Smyth Jewelers on York Road, you’ve missed it!  The parking lot is immediately behind the building, and you can enter the building through either the front or the back door.  Class will be held on the second floor.
