Transforming Pain: Healing the Body and Mind Workshop

We all want pain to stop. The experience of pain can either intensify or reduce depending upon our insight into its origin and nature, and whether or not we can make pain spiritually meaningful. Buddha explained how we can grow spiritually from the experience of pain, and he taught effective methods to reduce our mental and physical suffering. This workshop will present a few of these methods and includes guided meditations for healing the body and mind. There is also time for Q&A and refreshments will be provided. Everyone is welcome.
